Oggi 29 gennaio 2023 si conclude il weekend di festeggiamenti per il 65° compleanno della LEGO.
L’azienda danese nacque infatti nel 1958, tra il 28 e il 29 di gennaio, quando un falegname di Copenaghen, in seguito all’incendio della sua bottega, decise di utilizzare il legname salvato per la produzione di piccoli mattoncini da usarsi come gioco.
Da allora la Lego si è fatta un nome e ad oggi più di 4 miliardi di mattoncini sono in circolazione, venduti in tutti i negozi di giocattoli e in molti store monomarca. Gli amanti del gioco e del videogioco conoscono bene il logo LEGO, che dalle tavole di legno è sbarcato anni addietro sulle consolle.
Al momento risultano essere 85 i videogiochi sviluppati a tema LEGO. Di questi circa la metà è una produzione originale dell’azienda, mentre l’altra metà è frutto del lavoro di TT Games in collaborazione con varie altre realtà del settore giochi e intrattenimento.
